Founded in 2000, Parkway Window Works has grown into upstate New York’s resource for the finest custom window treatments and soft goods.

Our state-of-the-art workroom offers design professionals a one-stop shop with unparalleled technical expertise and a streamlined process that takes care of it all. We handle the logistics, communication and coordination so you can stay focused on designing beautiful spaces. You get a team that makes your projects run smoother, your clients happier and increases your bottom line without increasing your workload.

Our services include on-site measuring, fabrication, and installation for custom draperies and valances, shades and shutters, motorization, hardware, pillows, cushions, bedding, and re-upholstery.

Peggy has always loved a challenge.

With more than 25 years of experience and an uncommon background as a former chemical engineer (and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University), she intrinsically incorporates high math and technical savvy into a low-maintenance process that does it all.

Parkway Window Works was built on setting up streamlined systems to devise ingenious solutions for tricky spaces. And every project is supported by a dedication to excellent communication, accountability, and professional business practices.

Meet the Team

Our fabrication process is the true differentiator. We consider everything: the placement of a pattern’s motif, how pleats will showcase the fabric, the custom snap spacing on ripplefold panels to make sure you get a flawless fold. Even the smallest details are treated with reverence—down to the hem size in relation to the length of the panel.

In the end, that process is only possible through the right team—with each member focusing specifically on what they do best.
